Delivery details

All deliveries are charged at £5.99 Nationwide and we work on a 1-3 business day delivery from receiving your order. For example if you order on a Monday morning you will receive your box on Wednesday. However if you order late on a Monday evening / Tuesday morning then you would receive your box on Thursday. 

We currently don't delivery on Saturday-Monday. Sorry for any inconvenience!

We use two carbon neutral courier parters, DHL for nationwide and Packfleet for London deliveries. 

At this time we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes as our drivers cant get there. 

Scottish Highlands (AB30-56, FK17-21, IV-ALL, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA19-80, PH-ALL), Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV-ALL, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3), Isle of Man (IM), Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), Isles of Scilly (TR), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Northern Ireland (BT)

Though not necessary, we highly suggest downloading the DPD app. This will enable you to detail any special instructions onto your 'profile' and take a picture of exactly where you would like your box to be left should you not be in on the delivery day.

Our deli boxes contain icepacks to keep items fresh for 24 hours, however we recommend getting fresh items into a fridge as soon as you can.
